Cancellation Window and Eligibility
Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. During this initial period, most orders are still being processed and have not yet been handed over to our logistics team. If your request is received within this timeframe, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order may already be in progress or shipped, which means cancellation may no longer be possible. In these cases, customers may still refer to our Refund & Return Policy for available options after delivery.
Orders Already Shipped or Processed
If your order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still choose to return the item once delivered, provided it meets our return conditions. Customers may decline delivery or initiate a return request after receiving the parcel. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
